55316A is the updated version of the retired legacy Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) Course 20764A - Administering a SQL Database Infrastructure.

The 55316A 5-day instructor-led course will provide training in how to administer and maintain SQL Server, Azure SQL Database and other cloud-based SQL Server databases.  New content has been added to help administrators use new AI and ML features in SQL Server. Students will run T-SQL, Python and R queries on SQL Server databases and have the option of doing exercises to install and configure SQL Server Machine Learning Services.

IT professionals who work in environments where databases play a key role in their job will find the demonstrations and labs useful. By using hands-on exercises, students will learn to carry out important database administration tasks.
